Gymnastics challenges youth to persevere to new levels of achievement. Kids gain self-confidence when they realize their potential. They have a chance to express themselves in this unique sport that combines creativity and physicality.
Gymnasts of all abilities and ages have a great opportunity to have fun while developing a basic foundation for the sport of gymnastics. Our progressive lessons help kids fine-tune their talents and love of the sport. With enthusiastic instructors leading the way, students are excited and motivated to learn new skills each week.
Program goals: The YMCA believes that character development is an essential element of sports. Caring, honesty, respect, responsibilty and faith are valued on and off the field. In YMCA sports, everyone plays and everyone plays fair. We put safety first and emphasive positive competition. YMCA sports are for all and are played for fun.
