Saturdays: 2:30-4:30pm
Sundays: 11:00am-1:00pm / 2:30-4:30pm
Time slots are 2 hours long and you can arrive 30min prior to set up before your guests arrive

We are currently not booking any birthday parties from June through August. If you are interested in a summer birthday rental, you can visit ymcacampsloper.org/birthday-parties for a summer party!

Party Types:

DIY Party - no staff with table/chair set up 
Themed with 1 Staff - 1 staff to lead activities up to 20 kids with table/chair set up 
Themed with 2 Staff - 2 staff to lead activities for 20+ kids with table/chair set up 

Party Themes:

Sports Party – Play a mix of your child’s favorite sports through fast-paced mini games everyone can enjoy. Choose from basketball, soccer, floor hockey, P.E. games, Gladiator Dodgeball (Gaga Ball), and more. Sports can be mixed for variety!
Backyard Mania – Bring the backyard party indoors! Play oversized favorites like Giant Connect 4, Jumbo Jenga, and Cornhole, along with other fun and friendly games everyone can enjoy.
Dodgeball Party – It’s all-out dodgeball fun! Mix it up with different dodgeball variations from traditional to doctor, to Star Wars, to Kingpin, even Gladiator Dodgeball (Gaga Ball). The choice is yours! 
DJ Dance Party - we will play fun dance-related games (like musical chairs, limbo, freeze dance, etc.), and your child can pick out the music as we go. We also have disco strobe lights to go with the festivities,
Gymnastics Party – Use our gymnastics equipment to explore bars, beams, tumble tracks, and more. Can be tailored for classic gymnastics or ninja/obstacle course challenges.
Arts & Crafts Party – Create a fun project of your choice with supplies for slime, coloring, painting, and more. A perfect hands-on party for creative kids!
Moon Bounce Party – Bounce, jump, and giggle in our inflatable moon bounce. Best for preschool-aged parties (2–4 years old). We also have an inflatable slide and bounce option for ages 5-7! 


Location Space: Using our All-Purpose Room (APR), the space can be customized with tables and chairs to best fit the needs of your party. Rectangular and circular shaped tables available. Attached kitchen space with refrigerator and freezer available for use upon request. Activity space in the same room or we can utilize our gymnasium space for Sports Parties.  

Member Pricing:

  • $250 (DIY) - room capacity
  • $275 (1 staff themed party) - up to 20 kids
  • $325 (2 staff themed party) - 21+ kids

Non Member Pricing:

  • $350 (DIY) - room capacity
  • $375 (1 staff themed party) - up to 20 kids
  • $425 (2 staff themed party) - 21+ kids
     

NOTE: Gym rentals only available Saturday and Sundays between 2:30-4:30.
